- What types of payment methods do you accept?
We are currently able to accept all major credit cards and Paypal payments; we also offer Cash on Delivery at an additional fee which will be added to the total of your cart. Cash on Delivery is only available for Subscriptions within the UAE & Saudi Arabia.
Customers in Saudi Arabia may access the Sadad payment platform while shopping on our .SA website. When you select Sadad as your payment method, our system will generate a Sadad bill that will be sent to you by email. Use this bill number to pay directly through your Saudi bank account. Once your payment is confirmed, your order status will be updated accordingly. Currently, we cannot offer any refunds for payments processed through Sadad. - How does the Cash on Delivery work for Subscriptions?
You can pay cash for your subscription and the process will work like this:
- At the end of this month, the Aramex delivery agent will contact you to arrange delivery and payment
- Upon delivery, you will pay the driver in cash the *TOTAL AMOUNT* of your subscription package.
- Based on the package you have purchased you will have to pay the following:
3 month package = pay 300 SAR in cash
6 month package = pay 570 SAR in cash
12 month package = pay 1080 SAR in cash
If you have purchased at a discount or promotion, you will only be responsible to pay the discounted amount shown in your checkout total.
- Once you have paid, the driver will give you your first GlamBox and we will continue to deliver your boxes each month for the duration of your subscription! (please note: you cannot open the box before completing full payment).
If you refuse or fail to make the payment, the GlamBox will be returned to our offices and your subscription will be cancelled.
All Cash on Delivery orders – subscription & shop - cannot be cancelled and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
